Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the company in acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.
Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
Present Magsmen’s services and solutions to potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales process.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead database.
Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, presentations, and client requirements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clients.
Achieve assigned monthly business development targets.
Regularly report lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Incentives

A performance-based incentive will be provided for successful business conversions.
Incentive will be linked to the revenue generated/collected through the employee's efforts.
The exact incentive percentage or amount can be decided based on the role, target, and business model.
Higher performance and achievement of targets can be rewarded with additional incentives.

Salary + Performance Incentive

The compensation structure can therefore be kept as:

Fixed Salary + Business Development Incentive

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
