Job Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily construction and interior fit-out activities at the site.
Monitor work progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
Check quality of civil and interior works such as flooring, painting, false ceiling, partitions, and finishing works.
Maintain daily site reports and work records.
Assist in material planning, quantity checking, and stock monitoring.
Support senior engineers in measurements, billing, and project documentation.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the site.
Report site issues and help resolve them promptly.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of construction and interior works.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work at project sites and learn recent skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Experience in civil construction/project sites preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
