Operations Management
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI guidelines, health & safety regulations.
Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.

Guest Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
Build customer loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement plans.

Team Management
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions when required.
Foster a positive and productive work setting.

Financial & Inventory Control
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Conduct periodic stock audits and minimize wastage.





Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
Maintain operational records, sales reports, and MIS reports.
Ensure restaurant licenses and certifications remain valid.
Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits.

Desired Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in restaurant operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Indian, Multi-Cuisine, or Casual/Fine Dining restaurants preferred.
