Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Supervisor to supervise food and beverage operations, coordinate service staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B; service operations.
Manage and allocate duties to service staff.
Ensure proper table setup and guest service.
Monitor food and beverage quality.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints.
Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores.
Support billing and order management.




Train and guide service staff.
Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Prepare daily operational reports.
