Job Opening: Senior Radial Drill Machine Operator

Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly

Duty Hours : 12 Hours Shift

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Preferred

Experience: 10–15 Years of experience operating Radial Drill Machines in Heavy Engineering, Forging, Fabrication or Manufacturing Industries

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Radial Drill Machine independently for heavy-duty components
Read engineering drawings and execute drilling operations accurately
Perform drilling, reaming, tapping and boring operations as per specifications
Select tools, cutting parameters and machine settings
Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality
Guide junior operators and maintain production targets
Carry out routine machine maintenance and ensure workplace safety

Required Skills:




Robust knowledge of Radial Drill Machine operations
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments
Experience handling large fabrication and forged components
Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices
Self-driven and capable of working independently
