Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Ardee School, Munirka, Recent Delhi

Job Summary:
Ardee School is looking for a agile and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and ensure a seamless admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information about the school's programs.
Follow up with prospective families to maximize admissions and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Assist in organizing admission events, orientation programs,



and school promotional activities.
Prepare periodic admission reports and maintain admission-related documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer relations, or a similar role (experience in the education sector preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
