We are looking for a Global Client Service Associate to manage international B2B clients and deliver seamless customer support.
Responsibilities:
Respond to overseas client queries via phone, email, and chat
Maintain robust client relationships
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
