We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and student-focused Associate for the HP Calling – Government Partnership profile. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and parents through calls, creating awareness about the Filo app and its educational offerings, and guiding students on how they can use the platform for their academic needs.

The candidate should have positive Hindi and English communication skills and basic knowledge of competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, SSC, CGL and other government/competitive exams, as they will be required to explain the different learning and coaching opportunities available on the Filo app. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is also required for maintaining student data, calling records, follow-ups and daily reports.





The role will involve student engagement, explaining Filo’s offerings, understanding student requirements, resolving basic queries, conducting follow-ups and maintaining accurate calling data. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with students from different backgrounds and have a positive, empathetic and convincing communication style. Freshers with valuable communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel and competitive exams can also apply.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
