We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Management Trainee (Marketing) to join our team. The candidate will get hands-on experience in marketing strategies, customer handling, sales activities, market research, and business development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Support sales and customer relationship activities
Coordinate with different teams for marketing initiatives
Learn and implement branding, promotion, and business growth strategies
Prepare reports and analyze marketing performance
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA (Marketing) preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
