Language : Multi Language (Tamil, English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi)

Place : TM Nagar, Opposite Saravana Stores, Mattuthavani, Madurai

Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Creating policies and procedures.
Planning the training and standardization.
Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
Keeping your team's working atmosphere pleasant.
Resolving customer complaints and queries.




Providing detailed information to customers.

Customer Support Executive Requirements :
Any bachelor’s degree.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Positive problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation skills.
