Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled video editor & videographer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for our real estate projects, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality videos and photos of real estate projects, properties, events, and marketing activities.
Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, project promotions, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, promotional videos, walkthroughs, and property showcase videos.
Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment.
Use creative transitions, music, sound effects, text animations, and color correction to enhance videos.
Create cinematic property walkthroughs and promotional content.
Coordinate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and deliver videos on time.
Maintain consistency in brand style, quality, and visual presentation.
Stay updated with current social media video trends and creative formats.

Required Skills




Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Good knowledge of videography, framing, lighting, composition, and camera handling.
Knowledge of Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other social media formats.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, and sound editing.
Creativity and strong visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of drone videography will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
A diploma/degree in multimedia, filmmaking, visual communication, mass communication, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant work experience and a robust portfolio will also be considered.
