A Dubai-based NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Mumbai branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading international shipping and logistics organization.

Reports To-Sales Manager / Branch ManagerKey Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for NVOCC and shipping services.
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue and retention.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
Handle rate negotiations, quotations, and close deals effectively.
Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.




Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in NVOCC and shipping industry.
Solid understanding of sea freight, NVOCC operations, and India trade lanes.
Established network of clients and industry contacts (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/shipping software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
