Role Overview

Ignify Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to manage and convert enquiries across our education-focused services.

The candidate will handle leads related to:
Preschool setup and launch support
K–12 school setup and consulting
School vendor registrations
School buying, selling and investment opportunities
Product onboarding and setup
Online product and service demonstrations

Key Responsibilities
Contact new leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand each prospect’s requirements and recommend the appropriate service.
Explain Ignify Solutions’ offerings clearly and professionally.
Schedule and conduct online product or service demonstrations.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.
Register school vendors and explain listing packages and benefits.
Coordinate enquiries related to the purchase, sale or investment in schools.
Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up dates and call remarks in the CRM or lead tracker.




Share daily calling, follow-up, demo and conversion reports.
Coordinate with the sales, consulting and operations teams.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, demonstrations and conversions.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead management or business development.
Experience in education, EdTech, schools, preschool franchises or B2B services will be preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable conducting online demonstrations through Zoom or Google Meet.
Positive follow-up, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, email and CRM systems.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
