Roles and Responsibilities:
Need to Handle technical Related Queries, help with troubleshooting- through Call, Mail and Chat
Maintaining a detailed and organised storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
Monitoring the Progress and updating in the sheet
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources.
Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s Degree is required
Positive verbal, written communication, positive interpersonal skills are required
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
