Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Source materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with new and existing vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Track material orders, deliveries, pending requirements, and purchase status.
Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements and specifications.




Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, invoices, and vendor documentation.
Follow up on material quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
Support cost-effective procurement while maintaining required quality standards.
Maintain good skilled relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
Experience in the construction, infrastructure, engineering, or contracting industry will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and follow-ups.
Good coordination skills with vendors, accounts, and project/site teams.
Candidates who have worked in a similar designation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
