Key Responsibilities
3D Modeling & Rendering: Build accurate 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renders for interior, exterior, or commercial spaces.
Translate Design Intent: Read and interpret architectural blueprints, CAD drawings, mood boards, and material samples.
Lighting & Texturing: Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting setups to enrich visual depth and realism.
Walkthroughs & Animation: Produce agile 3D flythroughs, animations, or virtual reality (VR) content when required.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to incorporate feedback and resolve drawing discrepancies.
Asset Management: Maintain and update an organized library of 3D models, textures, furniture, and lighting fixtures. [1, 2, 3]
