Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, attendance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations and HR documentation
Maintain attendance and employee records
Support performance management and employee engagement
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Handle HR policies and administrative activities
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0–5 years of HR experience
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and people-management skills
Freshers with relevant HR knowledge may also apply
Pay: ₹15,668.91 - ₹54,662.45 per month
