Provide remote Technical Assistance to assist dealers in complex trouble shooting of unresolved problems

Failure Root cause analysis and share information with upstream teams for product improvements

Enhance technical capabilities of dealer personnel

Dealership audit on technical aspects

Ensuring smooth recent product launches from technical support side

General Experience

5 to 10 years

Strong Technical knowledge on Automobiles, Quick Response, Good electrical & electronics knowledge and robust analytical abilities. Passionate about troubleshooting.

Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritization , Good Communication skills (written and spoken) Hand holding and capability building
