We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Filing Executive to handle Student Visa and Visitor Visa applications. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, application preparation, online filing, client coordination, and application follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end filing of Student Visa and Visitor Visa applications.
Prepare and review visa application forms and supporting documents.
Check documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency and validity.
Prepare document checklists and coordinate with clients for pending documents.
Handle online visa application portals and appointment/biometric procedures.
Assist with preparation of cover letters, SOPs, travel plans, invitation letters and other supporting documents where required.




Coordinate with students, parents and visitor visa applicants throughout the filing process.
Track application status and keep clients updated.
Maintain accurate records of applications and client documentation.
Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for student visa applications.
Stay updated with changes in visa requirements and application procedures.
Ensure applications are filed accurately and within the required timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
