We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidate Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring a positive experience, and maintaining a lively and welcoming environment at our gaming/amusement center.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Promote ongoing activities, games, and offers to increase engagement
Ensure customers are actively involved and enjoying their experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic environment
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, confident, and presentable personality
Customer-first attitude with a positive mindset
Ability to handle crowd and work in a fast-paced environment
Freshers can also apply

Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer service / hospitality / retail is a plus
Basic understanding of customer engagement and promotions

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
