Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for door-to-door brand promotion, customer interaction, lead generation, and promoting our products/services in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door visits to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
Interact with potential customers and explain product/service perks.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide basic product information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales/promotion targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market information with the team.




Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and sales.
Work in assigned locations and travel within the designated area.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and customer interaction.
Ability to achieve targets.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Salary & Advantages
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000/month + INCENTIVE
