Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telecaller & Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain IT courses/services, and convert leads into admissions/sales. The candidate should have robust communication skills and basic knowledge of IT courses or software training programs.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete information about IT courses/services.
Counsel students/clients regarding course selection based on their career goals.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain lead database.
Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
Maintain proper records in Excel or CRM software.
Coordinate with the operations/academic team for smooth onboarding.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.





Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Ability to handle rejection and work on targets.
Positive attitude and team player.

Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
Experience in Telecalling, Counselling, or Sales preferred.

Preferred
Experience in IT training institute / EdTech / Software company.
Knowledge of courses like Digital Marketing, Web Development, Data Analytics, etc.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
