About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in the Defence & Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in Electrical/Electronics along with proven leadership and business management experience. The CEO will be responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, business development, and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term business goals.
Lead business operations, sales strategy, and organizational growth initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with defence, aerospace, government, and industry stakeholders.
Identify new business prospects and oversee project execution.
Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Represent the organization in meetings, industry forums, and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
Age: Below 50 years
Experience: Minimum 10 years in leadership or senior management roles




Educational Background: Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Candidate Type: Open to both Ex-Defence Personnel and Civilian candidates (Civilian preferred)
Service Background: Army, Navy, or Air Force experience will be an added advantage
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately
Strong experience in the Defence & Aerospace industry
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills

Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Joining: Within 30 days
Probation Period: 6 months

Travel & Mobility
Willingness to travel as required
Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license
Own four-wheeler is mandatory
