Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Contact prospective customers through calls, visits, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, orders, and payments.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any relevant field.

Salary

Good presentation and communication skills.
Sales experience will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred for field sales roles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
