Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Pre-School Head to manage day-to-day school operations, admissions, parent engagement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pre-school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive admissions, lead generation, parent counselling, and conversions.
Handle parent enquiries, follow-ups, and campus visits.
Manage and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Monitor student enrolment, attendance, and school records.
Build robust relationships with parents and address concerns effectively.
Coordinate school activities, events, and promotional initiatives.




Ensure compliance with school policies, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare operational and admission reports for management.

Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; education background preferred.
3+ years of experience in pre-school operations, admissions, school coordination, or a similar leadership role.
Robust communication, leadership, parent-handling, and admission conversion skills.
Ability to manage teams and achieve enrolment targets.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
