Manage and monitor daily workshop floor activities.
Plan and control the smooth flow of vehicles from vehicle receiving to delivery.
Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill, workload and job requirements.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Team, Washing Team and other departments.
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and bay utilization.
Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality and adherence to manufacturer SOPs.
Monitor pending jobs, delayed vehicles and repeat repairs.
Conduct regular workshop floor inspections.
Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding additional jobs and technical concerns.
Support technicians in resolving complex technical issues.
Ensure Quality Control / Final Inspection is completed before vehicle delivery.




Monitor vehicle movement and prevent unnecessary delays in the workshop.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S standards on the workshop floor.
Ensure technicians follow uniform, safety and discipline requirements.
Monitor warranty and campaign-related repair processes.
Support achievement of workshop productivity, efficiency and revenue targets.
Prepare daily/weekly workshop performance reports for management.
Identify manpower and operational requirements and report them to the Service Manager.
Handle urgent customer/service-related issues and coordinate with the Service Manager for resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
