Job Summary

*astTECS is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, explain products and solutions, and conduct product demos and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
Explain products, services, and features clearly.
Conduct product demos and virtual presentations.
Understand customer requirements and respond to queries.
Follow up with customers regarding product discussions and demos.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams when required.

Requirements
5–7 years of experience in customer relationship management,



customer handling, telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Valuable presentation and customer-handling skills.
Confident in conducting product demos and virtual presentations.
Good knowledge of computers and online meeting platforms.
Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
