Role Overview

A Design Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating design-related activities between clients, designers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project workflow and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with interior designers, architects, vendors, and clients
Managing project design schedules and follow-ups
Ensuring drawings, designs, and specifications are properly shared with execution teams
Monitoring project progress and maintaining regular updates
Assisting in material selection and design approvals
Maintaining project documentation, BOQs, and design records
Coordinating site visits and client meetings




Ensuring timely communication between all departments involved in the project
Supporting project execution as per approved designs and timelines
Handling revisions, approvals, and design-related coordination

Skills Required
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of interior design and project workflow
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and design coordination processes
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
