Earth Stone Global is looking for an experienced Production Manager / Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure productive production, quality control, and timely dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing manufacturing operations, production planning, workforce supervision, inventory control, and continuous process improvement.

Preferred Candidate Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete factory and production operations
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Supervise production staff, artisans, supervisors, and labor teams
Ensure product quality and finishing standards
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, packing, and dispatch departments
Optimize production efficiency while reducing material wastage
Monitor raw material availability and inventory
Maintain production reports and operational records
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery
Implement workplace safety and maintain factory discipline




Coordinate with management to meet production and delivery targets
