Job Summary

We are looking for a Domestic Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, installation, service, and maintenance of domestic RO water purifiers. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and promote domestic RO water purifiers.
Visit customers and understand their water purification requirements.
Recommend suitable RO products and prepare quotations.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Install, commission, repair, and maintain domestic RO systems.
Diagnose technical issues and replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other components.
Promote AMC, service contracts, spare parts, and filter replacement services.
Maintain customer records, service reports,



and sales follow-up details.
Coordinate with customers for timely installation and service.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper service and follow-up.

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in RO water purifier sales and service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of domestic RO systems, pumps, membranes, filters, and electrical components.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 25,000
Additional Allowance: 4,000 per month
