Business Growth: Drive customer acquisition, meet monthly disbursement targets, and grow the asset portfolio (AUM).
Gold Appraisal & Vault Security: Oversee or perform accurate purity testing, valuation, and appraisal of pledged gold ornaments while acting as joint custodian of the secure vault.
Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor interest collections, follow up on pending renewals or overdue payments, and keep Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) under control.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, KYC norms, internal risk policies, and audit standards.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate frontline staff and gold loan officers to optimize branch productivity.
