Role: Primary School Teacher (Classes 1–5, Any Subject)
Location: Victoria Matriculation School, Kanchipuram
Reporting to: Head of School
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the curriculum
Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and tests; maintain records
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where needed
Maintain a positive, orderly classroom workplace
Communicate regularly with parents on student performance and behaviour
Participate in school events, PTMs, and staff meetings
Follow school policies on attendance, discipline, and student safety
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; B.Ed. preferred
Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable using digital tools for teaching and record-keeping
Experience
Freshers welcome; 1–2 years experience preferred
