Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with knowledge of Digital Marketing and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for managing B2B portals, handling online inquiries, supporting dispatch coordination, and assisting in day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia.
Handle customer inquiries received through B2B portals and coordinate with the sales team.
Manage the company's Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory updates, and order tracking.
Execute basic digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email marketing, and online promotions.
Create and update product listings, images, and descriptions.
Coordinate dispatches with the warehouse/logistics team and ensure timely order processing.
Maintain records of inquiries, orders, dispatches, and customer communications.
Generate daily and weekly reports on leads, sales inquiries, and portal performance.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Shopify.
Experience handling IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia portals.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or B2B portal management.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and online lead generation.
Experience in dispatch coordination and order management.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
