Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate new business enquiries through outbound calling.
The candidate will be trained and guided on how to identify potential customers, approach prospects, and generate enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate enquiries.
Identify prospects and understand their business requirements.
Follow up with prospects and develop business opportunities.
Reconnect with existing and inactive customers for new requirements.
Share qualified enquiries with the Sales Team for further discussion.
Maintain customer details, call remarks, and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations,
site visits, and further requirements.
Training & Support
Product and industry training will be provided.
Guidance on prospect identification and enquiry generation through calling.
Training on CRM and the company's sales process.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Confident in making outbound calls.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
