Medcity International Academy, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on suitable academic and career-oriented programs.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure effective lead conversion.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.
Support students throughout the admission process and provide timely guidance.

Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, study abroad, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent counselling and convincing abilities.




Target-oriented and capable of handling sales responsibilities.
Positive knowledge of education and career-oriented programs.
Ability to manage leads independently and convert enquiries into admissions.
Proficiency in CRM and basic computer applications will be an advantage.
