We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive client experience.
This role is suitable for freshers who have an interest in research publication and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on ongoing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct quality checks on published materials such as research articles, review papers, books, and other publications.
Explain research publication services and available offerings to clients.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Support client retention and identify opportunities for additional business.
Coordinate with internal teams, including the Editorial and Client Relationship teams.
Eligibility & Skills
Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
Graduate / Postgraduate candidates; Science-related disciplines such as B.Sc., M.Sc., Pharmacy, etc. are preferred.
Basic understanding or interest in Research Publication processes is an advantage.
Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
