Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international chat support.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain excellent customer service and skilled communication.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.
Follow process, quality and performance guidelines.
Maintain productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Service/Chat Support.
Excellent communication skills, especially written English.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Versant Score: 54+
Typing Speed: 25–85 WPM
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working from office in Gurgaon.
