About the Role

Join our Sales & Business Development team as a Sales Operations Executive and be the crucial link between our sales efforts and technical delivery. You'll drive efficiency in the pre-sales and post-sales process, ensuring smooth commercial operations and explicit communication.

What You Will Do
Prepare and share customer proposals based on technical and commercial inputs.
Follow up with customers on proposals, feedback, and next-step actions.
Manage commercial emails and maintain a high standard of professional communication.
Maintain organized records for proposals, agreements, and project documentation.
Coordinate internally with technical teams to align proposal details and timelines.
Track and update prospects in CRM or internal tracking tools.
Support management with sales reports, forecasts,



and status updates.
Assist in client coordination during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B technology, IoT, or engineering solutions.
Understanding of hardware/software proposal preparation.
