Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Build solid customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
Graduate
0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, or call center (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
