We are looking for a talented and qualified Architect to join our energetic team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should possess robust design capabilities, technical knowledge, and a passion for creativity. You will collaborate closely with the Principal Architect and Director Ma'am, contributing to the design and execution of live projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed layouts.
Prepare 2D and 3D designs for client presentations and project execution.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project coordination.
Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and detailed project documentation.
Participate in site visits and provide on-site design support.
Integrate structural and interior design inputs for holistic project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:




Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) - Mandatory.
Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, STAAD Pro, 2D & 3D Max.
Positive understanding of materials, detailing, and execution drawings.
Creative thinker with excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Preference will be given to candidates from Kanpur or nearby areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,414.01 - ₹50,056.27 per month
