We are hiring a full time, in office Homestay Manager joining this December at around ₹20,000/month (with accommodation provided) to oversee our property's daily operations. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, managing guest check-ins/check-outs, responding to customer inquiries to drive bookings, and keeping reservation calendars synced across Airbnb, OTAs, and WhatsApp. Candidates must have prior hospitality or homestay experience, be fluent in Kannada and English with manageable Hindi, and have the ability to maintain daily expenses, petty cash, and guest records accurately in MS Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
