What You'll Do as an Admission Advisor
Speak with students and parents about our UG and MBA programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
Work towards monthly admission and conversion targets.

Business Development Executives
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and industry partners.
Coordinate outreach programs, events, seminars, and workshops.




Conduct market research and identify growth prospects.
Represent EIMR Business School at educational and industry events.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective partners and stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Freshers with 0–1 year of experience can apply. (Freshers only for Admission Advisors position)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing Personality, Presentation Skills, Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Positive, energetic, dynamic, and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and grow in education sales/admissions.

This is an Admission Advisor in the Education sector. We are NOT looking for Psychology Counsellors, Mental Health Counsellors, or Clinical Counsellors.
