About the Role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and leadership-driven Head Chef cum Trainer to lead our kitchen operations. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious café-style menus, maintaining food quality standards, and training staff across our existing and upcoming franchise outlets. If you have a passion for Continental and Indo-Chinese culinary arts combined with solid management skills, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Culinary Excellence: Oversee daily kitchen functions, maintain consistent food taste and presentation, and prepare signature menu items.
Menu Development: Design, standardize, and refresh café-style menus, including seasonal offerings and promotional items.
Staff Training & Leadership: Train kitchen staff and franchise partners on standardized recipes, SOPs, food presentation, and hygiene practices.
Costing & Inventory Control: Monitor daily stock levels, control food costs, minimize wastage, and optimize inventory rotation.
Franchise Support: Support recent franchise outlets with initial kitchen setup,



workflow optimization, and operational handovers.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% adherence to FSSAI hygiene standards, food safety protocols, and deep-cleaning schedules.
Operational Coordination: Partner with store management to resolve customer feedback and streamline front-of-house to back-of-house workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Culinary Expertise: Hands-on expertise in Continental and Chinese / Indo-Chinese cuisines.
Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to train, mentor, and build cohesive kitchen teams.
Operational Acumen: Solid understanding of recipe standardization, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen safety.
Communication: Explicit verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across management and franchise units.
Compliance: Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations and commercial kitchen safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
