Job Summary

Birla Open Minds International School, Karimnagar, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Grade 1 Mother Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should be caring, patient, and capable of creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 students.
Create a nurturing and positive classroom environment.
Support students in developing robust academic and social skills.
Monitor and document students' academic progress and overall development.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.




Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
Coordinate with the academic team and participate in school events and activities.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional needs of students are appropriately addressed.

Eligibility
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Prior experience teaching Grade 1 / primary classes is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children.
