About the job

As part of the Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a robust customer-service mindset, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.
