We have opening for Sales Executive - Business Loan in Dhana Capital and Finance Ltd

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sources.
Identify and acquire new SME/MSME and business customers.
Meet business owners and understand their funding requirements.
Explain business loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into loan applications.
Collect and verify KYC, financial, and business-related documents.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers until loan sanction and disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly business loan sales targets.
Maintain regular records of leads, applications, customer visits, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business owners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Degree / Diploma preferred.




1–2 years of experience in business loan / SME / MSME / banking / NBFC sales preferred.
Candidates with relevant field sales experience may also apply.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
