Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment with mandatory retail recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for showroom, sales, operations, and support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and showroom positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Support manpower planning and timely closure of vacancies.
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Undertake additional HR-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
Support other administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.

Requirements
Mandatory:



2+ years of experience in Retail Recruitment / Retail HR.
Experience hiring Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Store/Showroom Staff, and Support Staff.
Solid knowledge of local and area-wise candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication, screening, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
Candidates from Furniture, Lifestyle, Home Décor, Fashion, or other retail industries will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
