Job Description – Mechanical Maintenance
Department: Maintenance
Reporting To: HOD – Maintenance

Qualification
3-Year Diploma / ITI in Fitter or Electrical Trade.

Experience
7–8 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities
Repair and maintain P.P.R., UPVC, M.S. and S.S. pipelines.
Perform various welding, fabrication, brazing and fitting work.
Repair and maintain different types of pumps and motors.
Replace motor bearings during preventive maintenance.
Carry out air cylinder seal replacement and pneumatic maintenance.
Perform preventive maintenance of Assembly and Moulding equipment.
Maintain maintenance records as per ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001 requirements.
Maintain 5S, housekeeping and hygiene standards.




Follow all health and safety procedures.
Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
Welding, fitting, pump and motor maintenance skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Valuable understanding of 5S, safety and ISO documentation.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
