Roles and Responsibilities
Manage dental billing AR calls during US business hours to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
Process claims, post payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle denials in accordance with industry standards.
Utilize robust English communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Perform RCM tasks such as coding, charging, and revenue cycle management to optimize revenue growth.
Ensure accurate payment posting and reconciliation of patient statements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing or related field (AR calling).
Strong knowledge of dental coding (CDT), claims processing (CPT), and insurance verification procedures.
Proficiency in using electronic health records systems for effective data entry and retrieval.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining high-quality work output.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
