About the Role

Ambika Irons and Minerals is looking for a responsible and motivated Team Lead to manage day-to-day team activities, coordinate work, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise team members on a daily basis.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure work is completed within deadlines and according to company requirements.
Coordinate between team members and management.
Maintain daily work records and provide regular updates to management.
Resolve routine team-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Train and guide team members when required.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and workplace standards.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a team-handling, supervisory, or similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications will be an advantage.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
